END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ContextMagic.com for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, distributing or otherwise using SOFTWARE PRODUCT you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION

Express Mail@Mate is not a free software. You may use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period, a registration fee is required. See ORDER.TXT file or 'How to Register' section in on-line help for detailed information about registration methods and prices.
REGISTERED VERSION

One registered copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.
A site license for SOFTWARE PRODUCT entitles an organization to receive one copy of the distribution package and to duplicate the software as necessary for use within the organization on the specified number of computers. See the ORDER.TXT file for site license pricing.

DISTRIBUTION

You may copy the evaluation version of this software as you wish, and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone, and distribute the evaluation version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in its unmodified form via electronic means. But you should not charge or request donations for any such copies, as well as distribute the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with other products without the owner's written permission.
RESTRICTIONS

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
TERMINATION

Without prejudice to any other rights, ContextMagic.com may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
